The TIME5350 Leeb Hardness Tester is a professional portable Leeb hardness tester designed for fast, accurate, and non-destructive hardness testing of metallic materials. Built for manufacturing, mining, maintenance, quality control, and field inspection, the TIME5350 combines reliable hardness measurement with advanced data storage and reporting functions. Supporting seven optional impact devices with automatic recognition, the instrument offers excellent flexibility for testing a wide variety of workpieces, while the standard D-type impact device provides dependable performance for general industrial applications.
The TIME5350 Leeb Hardness Tester measures and converts between HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV, and HS hardness scales while also calculating tensile strength for common metallic materials. Furthermore, automatic 360° impact direction recognition ensures accurate hardness measurements regardless of testing orientation. The built-in conversion table allows direct HB value display when using D and DC impact devices, helping improve inspection efficiency during routine quality control procedures.
Designed for Industrial Inspection
The 3.5-inch colour LCD display provides clear measurement information with three adjustable backlight levels, allowing comfortable operation in different lighting conditions. In addition, the instrument stores up to 200 groups of inspection records, including individual readings, average values, measurement date, impact direction, material type, hardness scale, and measurement count, providing complete traceability for inspection records.
Unlike conventional portable hardness testers, the TIME5350 supports both USB and RS232 communication for transferring measurement data directly to a computer in Microsoft Word and Excel formats using the included PC software. Moreover, the instrument includes a MicroSD card for expanded data storage of up to 32 GB, making it ideal for high-volume inspection work. An optional removable printer enables convenient on-site printing, while software calibration helps maintain reliable long-term measurement accuracy.
