Professional Vibration Tester

The TIME7212 Vibration Tester is a professional handheld vibration analyser designed for machine condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and industrial fault diagnosis. Measuring acceleration, vibration velocity, and displacement in a single instrument, it enables maintenance engineers to quickly evaluate the operating condition of motors, pumps, fans, compressors, bearings, gearboxes, and other rotating machinery to detect developing faults before costly failures occur.

Designed for both field inspections and routine maintenance programs, the TIME7212 combines high measurement accuracy, large data storage, integrated printing, and long battery life in a rugged portable instrument. It provides a reliable solution for equipment health monitoring across manufacturing plants, mining operations, power generation facilities, processing industries, and maintenance service organisations.

Designed for Professional Machine Condition Monitoring

The TIME7212 measures peak acceleration, RMS vibration velocity, and peak-to-peak displacement, allowing maintenance personnel to analyse machinery using the vibration parameter most appropriate for the equipment being monitored. High-sensitivity sensors deliver stable and repeatable measurements with an accuracy of ±5%, providing dependable results for routine inspections and fault diagnosis.

The instrument stores up to 100 measurement groups, allowing vibration trends to be reviewed during maintenance programs. Upper and lower alarm limits can be configured to provide immediate audible warnings when vibration exceeds acceptable levels, helping maintenance teams identify abnormal operating conditions quickly.

An integrated thermal printer enables immediate printing of current measurement results for maintenance records and inspection reports. Built-in date and time functions automatically record inspection information, while convenient calibration shortcuts simplify routine instrument verification.

Powered by a rechargeable battery providing more than 16 hours of continuous operation, the TIME7212 is designed for all-day field use. The supplied magnetic base allows secure attachment to machinery for stable and repeatable measurements during vibration monitoring.
