The CG-88 Industrial Ultrasonic Couplant Gel 500mL is a premium water-based couplant formulated for industrial ultrasonic testing (UT). It provides excellent acoustic coupling between the transducer and test surface, ensuring stable signal transmission and accurate measurement results.
Suitable for ultrasonic thickness gauges, flaw detectors and other NDT equipment, the gel spreads evenly across metal, plastic, composite and many other solid materials. The medium-viscosity formula helps prevent excessive running on vertical surfaces while remaining easy to apply and remove.
Its water-based composition is non-corrosive, low odour and leaves minimal residue after testing, making it ideal for field inspections, workshop use and laboratory applications.
