▸Description
The NK Series Mechanical Push/Pull Force Gauge is a compact and portable analogue force measuring instrument designed for both tension (pull) and compression (push) force testing. Its fully mechanical design provides simple and reliable force measurement without the need for batteries or an external power supply, making it particularly suitable for workshop, production, maintenance and field applications.
The gauge features an easy-to-read analogue dial with both Newton (N) and kilogram-force (kgf) scales. A selectable PEAK / TRACK function allows the operator to either capture the maximum force applied during a test or continuously monitor the applied force in real time.
With a typical accuracy of approximately ±2% F.S., the NK Series is well suited to general industrial force measurement where a simple, robust and economical mechanical gauge is preferred over a digital instrument.
The NK Series can be used for a wide variety of applications including pull force, push force, insertion and withdrawal force, component testing, assembly verification, switch operation force, spring testing and general mechanical force measurement. Typical industries include electronics, electrical equipment, automotive components, hardware, packaging, light manufacturing, textiles, machinery and research applications.
A range of interchangeable attachments allows the gauge to be adapted for different push and pull measurement requirements, while its portable design makes it suitable for handheld use or mounting to a compatible force test stand.
