Compact and Convenient Colour Measurement
The CHNSpec DS-01/02/03 Series is designed for convenient colour measurement and colour difference evaluation. Combining a compact handheld design with smartphone connectivity, these portable colorimeters enable users to measure, compare and manage colour information with minimal setup.
Suitable for routine colour inspection and quality control, the series features D/8 SCI measurement geometry, an 8 mm measurement aperture and a full-band balanced LED light source.
Reliable Colour Difference Measurement
The DS Series offers repeatable colour measurements for comparing samples against reference colours. The DS-01 and DS-02 provide measurement repeatability of ΔE ≤ 0.1, while the DS-03 offers improved repeatability of ΔE ≤ 0.05, according to the manufacturer’s specifications. The DS-02 and DS-03 also support an expanded selection of colour measurement indices, including CIE-Lab, CIE-LCh, HunterLab, XYZ and RGB, along with multiple colour difference formulas.
Smartphone Connectivity and Colour Management
With Bluetooth connectivity and support for mobile software, the DS Series enables users to view measurement results and manage colour information through compatible devices. The integrated colour card database and cloud-based management features provide convenient access to reference colours and stored measurement data.
Automatic Calibration and Simple Operation
