Digital Concrete Rebound Testing
The HT-225J combines conventional mechanical rebound testing with electronic measurement and data processing. Its nominal impact energy of 2.207 J and manufacturer-specified concrete strength range of 10–60 MPa make it suitable for evaluating rebound characteristics and estimating concrete compressive strength using appropriate correlation methods.
Automatic Data Processing & Digital Display
The integrated digital acquisition system automatically processes rebound measurements, applies supported corrections and performs statistical calculations. The 2.8-inch colour touchscreen provides convenient access to measurement results, settings and stored inspection data.
Data Storage, Connectivity & Reporting
The HT-225J stores up to 1,000 components with a maximum of 100 test areas per component. Built-in Bluetooth enables communication with the compatible Hichuang mobile app, while dedicated PC software supports data analysis and inspection report preparation. An optional Bluetooth printer is available for on-site record printing.
