The TIME6201 Electronic Brinell Hardness Tester is a professional automatic Brinell hardness tester designed for precise hardness testing of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys, and selected non-metallic materials. Combining a precision mechanical structure with an advanced load cell control system, the TIME6201 delivers highly accurate, repeatable, and reliable Brinell hardness measurements for manufacturing, quality control, research laboratories, and industrial inspection. Its electronic closed-loop loading system eliminates the need for traditional weights while providing stable test force control throughout every test.
The TIME6201 Electronic Brinell Hardness Tester applies test force using a servo-controlled motor and a high-precision load cell with 0.5‰ force accuracy. Furthermore, the integrated CPU continuously monitors and automatically compensates for any test force deviation during operation, ensuring excellent repeatability and measurement consistency. Test force and dwell time can be selected directly using the touch keypad, allowing operators to quickly configure the instrument for different Brinell hardness testing requirements.

The TIME6201 supports Brinell test forces from 62.5 kgf up to 3000 kgf, covering a hardness range of 3.18 to 653 HBW. Its robust frame, large testing capacity, and precision loading system make it suitable for testing cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, rigid plastics, bakelite, and other engineering materials. The standard 20× measuring microscope enables accurate indentation measurement, while compatibility with the optional V1.0 Brinell Image Automatic Measuring System further improves inspection efficiency and measurement accuracy.
