▸Description
Professional Vibration Tester
The TIME7231 Vibration Tester is a professional vibration analyser designed for machine condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and industrial vibration diagnostics. Combining digital measurement mode with real-time spectrum analysis, the TIME7231 enables maintenance engineers to accurately evaluate the operating condition of motors, pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, bearings, turbines, and other rotating machinery while identifying developing mechanical faults before unexpected equipment failure occurs.
Equipped with a low-sensitivity vibration probe, the TIME7231 is specifically designed for high-vibration applications, making it ideal for monitoring heavy industrial machinery where larger vibration amplitudes are expected. Complying with ISO 2954, the instrument provides reliable vibration analysis for manufacturing plants, mining operations, power generation facilities, heavy industry, and maintenance service providers.
Designed for High-Vibration Industrial Machinery
The TIME7231 measures peak acceleration, RMS vibration velocity, and peak-to-peak displacement, providing the essential vibration parameters required for comprehensive machine condition assessment. In addition to conventional digital readings, the instrument displays real-time vibration spectrums, allowing maintenance personnel to identify characteristic frequencies associated with imbalance, shaft misalignment, bearing defects, gear damage, and mechanical looseness.
A large internal memory stores up to 10,000 measurement results across 100 inspection points, together with 100 vibration spectrograms, making long-term equipment monitoring and trend analysis straightforward. User-configurable upper and lower alarm limits provide immediate audible warnings whenever vibration exceeds preset thresholds, while the instrument automatically switches to spectrum analysis mode for detailed fault investigation.
The bright 320 × 200 dot matrix LCD with backlight ensures excellent readability in industrial environments. PC connectivity with dedicated analysis software allows users to perform advanced vibration analysis, manage historical data, generate reports, and support predictive maintenance programs.
Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery providing up to 20 hours of continuous operation, the TIME7231 is well suited for full-day field inspections. The supplied magnetic base enables secure probe attachment for stable and repeatable measurements on industrial machinery.
