The TIME5303 Leeb Hardness Tester is a professional portable Leeb hardness tester designed for non-destructive hardness testing of metallic materials while also providing dedicated roller hardness testing capabilities. Featuring dual hardness testing systems, the TIME5303 combines standard Leeb hardness measurement with specialised Shore roller hardness testing, making it an ideal solution for manufacturers of rubber rollers, printing rollers, industrial rollers, and conventional metal components. This dual-function design reduces the need for separate testing instruments and improves inspection efficiency across multiple applications.
The TIME5303 Leeb Hardness Tester supports seven optional impact devices with automatic recognition, while the standard D-type impact device provides reliable hardness testing for general industrial inspections. Furthermore, the instrument measures and converts between HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV, HS, and HSD hardness scales, as well as tensile strength for common metallic materials. Automatic 360° impact direction recognition ensures accurate measurements regardless of testing orientation, delivering dependable results in both workshop and field environments.

The matrix LCD display with backlight clearly presents hardness values, impact direction, measurement count, and other important testing information for fast and efficient operation. In addition, the instrument stores between 48 and 350 groups of measurement data, allowing convenient record management for routine inspections and quality control procedures.
Unlike standard portable hardness testers, the TIME5303 incorporates software calibration that complies with JB/T 9378-2001 and Q/HD SDF006-2003 standards, providing reliable long-term measurement performance. Moreover, the built-in thermal printer enables instant printing of inspection results, while the RS232 interface allows measurement data to be transferred to a computer for storage and analysis. The rechargeable battery includes overcharge protection for dependable operation during extended field inspections.
