The TIME5433 Shore AM Hardness Tester is a professional portable Shore hardness tester designed for accurate hardness measurement of thin vulcanized rubber, thin plastic products, sealing materials, films, and other elastomeric materials with a thickness below 6 mm. Specifically developed for thin specimens that cannot be accurately measured using conventional Shore hardness testers, the TIME5433 delivers precise Shore AM hardness measurements with excellent repeatability. Equipped with a high-precision LVDT displacement sensor, the instrument provides stable measurement performance and dependable accuracy for manufacturing, quality control, laboratories, and material inspection.
The TIME5433 Portable Shore AM Hardness Tester measures across the full Shore AM range from 0 to 100 HAM with a resolution of 0.1 HAM. Furthermore, the instrument offers three measurement modes, including real-time measurement, peak value hold, and timed hold, allowing operators to select the most suitable testing method for different materials and inspection procedures. Automatic zero-point calibration helps maintain consistent measurement accuracy while reducing setup time before testing.
