The TIME5310 Leeb Hardness Tester measures and converts between HL, HB, HRC, HRB, HV, and HS hardness scales while also providing tensile strength conversion for common metallic materials. Furthermore, the built-in conversion table allows direct HB value display when using D and DC impact devices, improving testing efficiency during routine inspections. Automatic 360° impact direction recognition ensures accurate hardness measurements in any orientation, while custom material management allows users to create dedicated testing profiles for specialised applications.

The bright 2.8-inch TFT colour display provides excellent visibility and clearly presents measurement values, hardness scales, impact direction, material information, and inspection results. In addition, the instrument stores up to 1,000 groups of measurement data, making it suitable for high-volume inspection and long-term quality documentation.
Unlike conventional portable hardness testers, the TIME5310 supports USB data transfer directly to a computer in Microsoft Word and Excel formats using the included PC software, simplifying report generation and record management. Moreover, the integrated thermal printer enables immediate printing of inspection results, while an optional removable printer provides additional flexibility for field applications. The rechargeable lithium battery offers up to 20 hours of continuous operation without memory effect, ensuring dependable performance throughout extended inspection tasks.
