Professional Vibration Tester

The TIME7230 Vibration Tester is a professional vibration analyser designed for advanced machine condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and vibration diagnostics. Featuring both digital measurement mode and real-time spectrum analysis, the TIME7230 enables maintenance engineers to accurately assess the condition of motors, pumps, compressors, fans, gearboxes, bearings, turbines, and other rotating machinery while providing valuable frequency-domain information for detailed fault diagnosis.

Supplied with both low-sensitivity and high-sensitivity vibration probes, the instrument can measure machinery across a wide range of vibration amplitudes, making it suitable for everything from large industrial equipment to precision rotating machinery. Complying with ISO 2954, the TIME7230 provides reliable vibration analysis for manufacturing plants, power stations, mining operations, petrochemical facilities, and maintenance service providers.

Designed for Advanced Machine Vibration Analysis

The TIME7230 measures acceleration, RMS vibration velocity, and peak-to-peak displacement, allowing maintenance personnel to evaluate equipment using the most appropriate vibration parameter. In addition to conventional digital measurements, the instrument displays real-time vibration spectrums, enabling engineers to identify characteristic fault frequencies associated with bearing defects, imbalance, shaft misalignment, looseness, and gear damage.

A large internal memory stores up to 10,000 measurement results across 100 inspection points, together with 100 vibration spectrograms, making long-term condition monitoring and trend analysis straightforward. Upper and lower alarm limits can be configured for each inspection point, and when vibration exceeds preset limits the instrument automatically switches into spectrum analysis mode to assist with immediate fault investigation.

The bright 320 × 200 dot matrix LCD with backlight provides clear viewing in both indoor and outdoor environments. PC connectivity and dedicated analysis software enable detailed vibration analysis, historical trend evaluation, data management, and report generation for predictive maintenance programs.

Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery providing up to 20 hours of operation, the TIME7230 offers excellent portability for daily field inspections. The supplied magnetic base ensures stable probe positioning for accurate and repeatable vibration measurements.
