Using advanced airborne ultrasonic technology, it accurately identifies leakage paths without the need for conventional hose testing, significantly reducing inspection time, water consumption, and operational costs while improving testing efficiency.

Designed for Fast and Accurate Marine Leak Detection
The Hatch Sure system consists of a high-power ultrasonic transmitter, a lightweight handheld receiver, flexible inspection microphones, and a telescopic extension probe for inspecting difficult-to-reach sealing areas. The transmitter features six selectable output power levels, allowing the ultrasonic signal to be optimised for everything from small watertight doors to large cargo holds.
The receiver simultaneously displays both Open Hatch (OH) values and sound pressure level (dB) readings, enabling inspectors to quickly identify leakage locations and evaluate seal integrity with confidence. Operating at 40 kHz ultrasonic frequency, the system delivers stable and repeatable inspection results while remaining unaffected by normal ambient noise.
Designed for demanding marine environments, the receiver is protected to IP65 (IP66 when fitted inside the protective pouch), while the rugged transmitter features a weather-resistant protective case and multiple suspension points for lowering safely into cargo holds. Rechargeable batteries provide up to 4–5 hours of continuous operation, with optional alkaline battery operation for extended field use.
