Wireless Crack Width Measurement
The HC-CK105 uses a wireless camera microscope probe to measure surface cracks without a physical signal cable connecting the probe to the main unit. The probe features a quick-shot button and integrated display, allowing operators to position the camera, capture images and conduct inspections more conveniently.
Dual Displays & Multiple Reading Modes
The 5-inch high-resolution touchscreen provides clear viewing of crack images and measurement results, while the 0.96-inch display on the wireless probe synchronises measurement information. Horizontal, oblique and manual reading methods support different crack orientations and inspection conditions.
Image Storage & Inspection Documentation
The HC-CK105 stores over 20,000 images in a universal image format for convenient viewing and archiving. Inspection data can be exported to a PC via USB for further analysis, documentation and report generation.
