Three Hardness Testing Methods in One Instrument

The THBRV-187.5 combines Rockwell, Brinell, and Vickers hardness testing into a compact universal platform, allowing laboratories to perform multiple hardness tests using a single machine. Automatic application of the test force ensures highly repeatable results while reducing operator influence and improving testing efficiency.

The instrument supports Rockwell test forces of 60, 100, and 150 kgf, Brinell test forces from 30 to 187.5 kgf, and Vickers test forces of 30 and 100 kgf, providing excellent flexibility for a wide variety of materials and hardness ranges. Rockwell values are read directly from the precision dial indicator, while Brinell and Vickers measurements are evaluated using the supplied measuring microscope and hardness tables.
