The TIME 1350 Phased Array Flaw Detector is a high-performance Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) system designed for advanced non-destructive testing applications. Combining phased array inspection, conventional ultrasonic testing (UT), and Time of Flight Diffraction (TOFD) capability in a single platform, it provides comprehensive flaw detection, sizing, imaging, and evaluation for critical industrial inspections.
Built around a powerful 16:64 phased array architecture, the instrument supports electronic beam steering, dynamic focusing, sectorial scanning, linear scanning, and encoded inspections. These advanced inspection techniques enable accurate detection and characterisation of cracks, lack of fusion, porosity, inclusions, corrosion, and other critical defects.
The 8.4-inch colour touchscreen display provides clear imaging and intuitive operation through touch, rotary encoder, and keypad controls. Multiple connectivity options including Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI output, USB interfaces, and dual-axis encoder support simplify data transfer, reporting, and automated inspection workflows.
