The TIME6203 Digital Brinell Hardness Tester is a professional digital Brinell hardness tester designed for high-load Brinell hardness testing of cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, soft alloys, and selected non-metallic materials. Combining a precision mechanical structure with a closed-loop load cell control system and an advanced digital measuring microscope, the TIME6203 delivers highly accurate, repeatable, and efficient hardness measurements for manufacturing, quality control, laboratories, and research facilities. Built for heavy-duty testing applications, it provides automated force control and intelligent digital measurement to maximise productivity and reduce operator error.
The TIME6203 Digital Brinell Hardness Tester features automatic motorised test force application without conventional weights. A high-precision 0.5‰ compression load cell continuously monitors the applied force while the CPU automatically compensates for any test force loss throughout the testing cycle, ensuring exceptional accuracy and repeatability. After measuring the indentation using the digital measuring eyepiece, operators simply press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate and display the Brinell hardness value without requiring manual calculations or hardness conversion tables.
Designed for High-Load Brinell Hardness Testing
The integrated 20× digital measuring microscope measures indentation diameter with a resolution of 0.001 mm while displaying hardness value, test force, dwell time, indentation size, test number, date, and time on the large LCD screen. Test results can be stored internally for future review, printed directly using the built-in printer, or transferred to a computer via the RS232 interface for inspection reports and quality management.
The TIME6203 Digital Brinell Hardness Tester supports Brinell test forces from 500 kgf to 3000 kgf, making it ideal for testing heavy engineering components and metallic materials requiring high-load Brinell hardness evaluation. Optional video measuring equipment and a CCD automatic image measuring system are available to further improve testing efficiency and reduce operator influence.
