The TIME-SQ100B Automatic Metallographic Sample Cutting Machine is a professional specimen preparation solution designed for accurate and repeatable cutting of metallographic and petrographic samples. Suitable for laboratories, universities, research facilities, and industrial quality control departments, it combines manual and automatic cutting modes to improve efficiency and sample consistency.

Equipped with an advanced LCD control system, the machine allows operators to preset cutting parameters, adjust feed speed, and monitor cutting depth in real time. The programmable worktable provides a 200mm Y-axis travel, making it ideal for batch cutting applications. Automatic blade reset further enhances productivity and operational convenience.

The spacious cutting chamber accommodates round specimens up to 100mm in diameter as well as rectangular samples up to 100mm high and 200mm deep. An automatic circulating water cooling system effectively prevents overheating and thermal damage, ensuring clean and burn-free cut surfaces.

For operator safety, the machine features a fully enclosed cutting chamber with safety limit switches and transparent observation windows. The double-sided clamping structure securely holds specimens during operation, while stainless steel fixture jaws and work surfaces provide excellent durability and corrosion resistance.
