Features This instrument is a new-generation automatic Micro Vickers hardness tester, featuring an integrated design combining the hardness tester and a panel computer. Equipped with a Windows operating system, it provides full computer functionality.

With a CCD image acquisition system, indentation images are displayed directly on the touch screen, and Vickers hardness values are calculated automatically. This eliminates the need for traditional eyepiece-based diagonal measurement, reducing operator eye strain and fatigue while improving measurement efficiency and accuracy. This represents a significant advancement in Micro Vickers hardness testing technology.

▪ Connectivity: Equipped with USB, VGA, and LAN interfaces. Measurement results can be printed via USB.
▪ Data management: Automatically saves measurement data, generates hardness–depth curves, and exports reports in Word or Excel format.
▪ Full automation: With motorized X–Y stage, automatic focusing, and automatic measurement, the system enables fully automated Micro Vickers hardness testing.

Application Suitable for ferrous metal, non-ferrous metals, IC thin sections, coatings, ply-metals; glass, ceramics, agate, precious stones, thin plastic sections etc.; hardness testing such as that on the depth and the trapezium of the carbonized layers and quench hardened layers.
