The TIME6106 Automatic Double Rockwell Hardness Tester is a professional automatic Rockwell hardness tester designed for high-precision Rockwell and superficial Rockwell hardness testing in manufacturing, laboratories, research institutes, and quality control facilities. Combining automatic specimen positioning, one-touch testing, a high-resolution colour touchscreen, and comprehensive hardness scale support, the TIME6106 delivers exceptional efficiency, repeatability, and measurement accuracy for both standard and superficial Rockwell testing applications.
The TIME6106 Automatic Double Rockwell Hardness Tester supports all standard Rockwell and superficial Rockwell hardness scales with automatic loading, dwell, unloading, and automatic test table positioning. Furthermore, a single button completes the entire testing sequence, including specimen lifting, force application, dwell timing, hardness measurement, automatic homing, and result display. The instrument supports major test forces from 15 kgf to 150 kgf together with preliminary test forces of 3 kgf and 10 kgf, making it suitable for testing both conventional materials and thin surface-treated components.
Designed for High-Performance Hardness Testing
The high-brightness touchscreen provides an intuitive interface that displays hardness scales, indenter status, lifting screw position, and testing progress in real time. In addition, the automatic lifting table eliminates manual positioning errors, significantly improving testing efficiency and operator consistency during repetitive inspections.
The TIME6106 Automatic Double Rockwell Hardness Tester performs hardness conversion to HV, HBW, HK, and multiple Rockwell scales while automatically calculating maximum, minimum, and average hardness values. Moreover, the instrument features built-in data storage, an integrated thermal printer, RS232 communication for PC connectivity, and arc correction for improved measurement accuracy. Complying with ISO 6508, ASTM E18, and JIS Z2245 standards, the TIME6106 is suitable for testing quenched steel, alloy steel, bearing steel, aluminium alloys, copper alloys, cast iron, surface-hardened materials, heat-treated components, plated parts, and coated materials.
