Professional Micro Vickers Hardness Tester
The TH713 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is a professional micro Vickers hardness tester designed for accurate hardness testing of metals, coatings, thin sections, ceramics, glass, and precision engineering materials. Combining advanced optical, mechanical, and electronic technologies, the TH713 delivers highly accurate and repeatable micro hardness measurements for laboratories, research institutes, universities, and industrial quality control. Optional Knoop hardness testing and CCD automatic image measurement provide additional flexibility for advanced material analysis.
The TH713 Micro Vickers Hardness Tester features automatic loading, dwell, and unloading with precision force control to ensure excellent testing repeatability. Test parameters including test mode, test force, dwell time, test number, and hardness conversion are displayed directly on the integrated screen. After measuring the indentation, operators simply enter the indentation diagonal, and the instrument automatically calculates and displays the Vickers hardness value, eliminating manual hardness calculations and improving testing efficiency.
Designed for Precision Micro Hardness Testing
The TH713 supports both Vickers (HV) and optional Knoop (HK) hardness testing with test forces from 10 gf to 1000 gf, making it suitable for evaluating thin coatings, carburised layers, quenched surfaces, electronic components, ceramics, glass, plastics, and other precision materials. Automatic switching between the objective lens and indenter simplifies operation while ensuring accurate positioning throughout the testing process.
The high-quality optical system provides 100× and 400× total magnification with a measurement resolution of 0.0625 μm, producing sharp indentation images for highly accurate hardness evaluation. An optional digital measuring eyepiece further enhances efficiency by automatically calculating hardness values after indentation measurement without requiring manual entry of indentation dimensions. The TH713 also supports an optional CCD automatic image measuring system for fully automated indentation analysis. Complying with ISO 6507, ASTM E384, and JIS Z2244 standards, the TH713 provides reliable micro hardness testing for research, quality assurance, and industrial inspection.
