The TIME6101 Motorized Rockwell Hardness Tester performs Rockwell hardness testing using standard preliminary and major test forces of 60 kgf, 100 kgf, and 150 kgf. Furthermore, the automatic loading mechanism precisely controls the complete testing sequence, while the load-change handwheel enables quick selection of the required test force. Adjustable dwell times from 2 to 60 seconds allow the tester to meet different testing standards and material requirements. With a maximum specimen height of 185 mm and a throat depth of 165 mm, the instrument accommodates a wide variety of workpieces and test specimens.
