Featuring a 7.0-inch colour TFT display and high-speed digital signal processing, the TIME 1160 provides clear waveform presentation and accurate defect characterisation. Advanced inspection functions including DAC, AVG, TCG, AWS D1.1 evaluation, A-scan, and B-scan imaging help inspectors assess flaws quickly and consistently across a wide range of materials and weld configurations.
The adjustable square-wave pulser provides output up to 600 V, while the 120 dB gain range supports inspection of both thin and thick materials. Two independent gates with ingress and egress alarms improve defect sizing accuracy and inspection efficiency.
