The optical system provides 100× and 400× total magnification with an ultra-high measurement resolution down to 0.06 μm, allowing extremely accurate measurement of very small Vickers indentations.
The TH724 supports Vickers test forces from 0.3 kgf to 10 kgf, making it particularly suitable for precision hardness testing of thin coatings, plated materials, carburised layers, hardened surfaces, ceramics, glass, plastics, integrated circuit cross-sections, and other fine engineering materials.
