Based on the proven PHB-3000E platform, the PHB-3000EA incorporates a heavy-duty chain adapter system that securely clamps around round workpieces, delivering reliable laboratory-grade hardness testing directly in the field.

Featuring an electric hydraulic loading system, the tester automatically applies and maintains the full 3000 kgf test force with a single-button operation, ensuring complete compliance with ISO 6506 and ASTM E10. The permanent Brinell indentation can be measured using an optional Brinell indentation measurement system, providing results comparable to stationary Brinell hardness testers.
