▸Description

The PHB-3000 Hydraulic Portable Brinell Hardness Tester is a professional field hardness tester designed for accurate Brinell hardness testing of large metal components that cannot be inspected using conventional benchtop testers. Utilizing a proven manual hydraulic loading system, the PHB-3000 applies a full 3000 kgf test force with excellent stability, delivering reliable Brinell hardness measurements in accordance with ISO 6506 and ASTM E10.

Using a standard 10 mm carbide ball indenter, the tester produces a permanent Brinell indentation that can be independently verified using an optional Brinell indentation measurement system. Its robust hydraulic design delivers laboratory-grade accuracy while providing the portability required for workshop, production, maintenance, and on-site inspections.

Suitable for steel, castings, forgings, non-ferrous metals, and heat-treated components, the PHB-3000 is an ideal solution for testing large workpieces where traditional bench hardness testers are impractical and higher accuracy is required than portable Leeb hardness testers can provide.
