Professional Coating Thickness Gauge

The TIME2500 Coating Thickness Gauge is a professional coating thickness gauge designed for fast, accurate, and non-destructive coating thickness measurement on ferrous substrates. Using magnetic induction technology, the TIME2500 measures the thickness of non-magnetic coatings such as paint, powder coating, plastic, enamel, zinc, chrome, copper, and aluminium coatings applied to steel and iron surfaces. Compact, lightweight, and easy to operate, the TIME2500 is an ideal solution for automotive refinishing, galvanising, manufacturing, fabrication, corrosion protection, and industrial quality control.

The TIME2500 Coating Thickness Gauge measures coating thickness from 0 to 1250 μm while delivering high measurement accuracy through both zero-point calibration and two-point calibration. Furthermore, the instrument offers DIRECT and BATCH working modes together with SINGLE and CONTINUOUS measurement modes, allowing users to perform both rapid spot inspections and high-volume production measurements. Advanced statistical functions provide average, maximum, minimum, measurement count, and standard deviation, helping inspectors evaluate coating consistency and process quality.

Designed for Industrial Coating Inspection

The bright backlit display provides excellent visibility in both workshop and field environments. In addition, the integrated buzzer offers audible feedback during operation, while low battery indication and error alarms help ensure reliable and uninterrupted inspection performance.

The TIME2500 Coating Thickness Gauge stores up to 500 coating thickness measurements for efficient inspection management and quality documentation. Moreover, users can selectively delete current readings, calibration data, limit settings, or all stored measurements, providing maximum flexibility during routine inspections. Powered by two standard AAA batteries, the lightweight 132 g instrument delivers dependable performance for daily coating thickness measurement in manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance applications.
