The TMVT-1AT Intelligent Fully Automatic Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is an advanced all-in-one automatic micro hardness testing system that integrates a Micro Vickers hardness tester, industrial panel computer, Windows operating system, CCD imaging system, intelligent image analysis, and motorised X–Y stage into a single compact platform. Designed for research laboratories, universities, semiconductor manufacturers, metallurgical laboratories, and industrial quality control, the TMVT-1AT delivers fully automated, high-precision Micro Vickers hardness testing with exceptional efficiency, repeatability, and ease of operation.

Unlike conventional micro hardness testers that require manual eyepiece measurement, the TMVT-1AT displays real-time indentation images directly on the integrated touchscreen and automatically calculates Vickers hardness values using advanced image processing technology. This eliminates manual diagonal measurement, significantly reduces operator fatigue, improves testing speed, and ensures highly consistent measurement results.

Designed for Intelligent Fully Automated Micro Hardness Testing

The integrated Windows-based industrial panel computer allows all testing parameters to be configured through an intuitive touchscreen interface. Automatic loading, dwell, unloading, autofocus, motorised stage movement, objective switching, image acquisition, indentation recognition, and hardness calculation are performed automatically, enabling unattended hardness mapping and high-throughput materials analysis.

The built-in CCD imaging system provides clear real-time indentation images for automatic hardness measurement directly on the touchscreen. Automatic turret control recognises and switches between objective lenses and the indenter without operator intervention, while the motorised X–Y stage enables fully automated positioning and sequential testing across multiple measurement locations.

The TMVT-1AT supports Vickers (HV) and optional Knoop (HK) hardness testing with test forces from 10 gf to 1000 gf. Automatic hardness conversion, Word and Excel report generation, hardness-depth curves, USB printing, multilingual software, and integrated data management provide a complete hardness testing solution for laboratories and industrial inspection. Complying with ISO 6507, ASTM E384, and JIS Z2244 standards, the TMVT-1AT offers outstanding performance for precision hardness evaluation of metals, coatings, thin films, ceramics, glass, electronic components, and heat-treated materials.
