The TIME TT100 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a compact and reliable ultrasonic thickness tester designed for fast, accurate, and non-destructive thickness measurement of metallic and non-metallic materials. Suitable for maintenance, corrosion inspection, manufacturing, fabrication, and quality control, the TT100 measures thickness from 0.75 mm to 300 mm (probe dependent) with an adjustable sound velocity range of 1000–9999 m/s.
Featuring a bright backlit LCD, integrated 4.0 mm calibration block, and selectable mm/inch units, the TT100 is easy to operate in both workshop and field environments. Five preset sound velocities and storage for up to 10 readings improve inspection efficiency, while optional 2.5 MHz and 7 MHz probes provide greater application flexibility.
