▸Description

Professional High-Temperature Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge

The TIME2132 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a professional high-temperature ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for accurate, non-destructive thickness measurement of metallic materials operating at temperatures up to 300 °C. Equipped with a dedicated high-temperature transducer, the TIME2132 enables inspectors to perform thickness measurements without waiting for equipment to cool, significantly improving inspection efficiency in power generation, petrochemical plants, refineries, manufacturing facilities, and process industries. Using advanced ultrasonic measurement technology, the instrument delivers reliable wall thickness measurements for hot pipes, boilers, pressure vessels, storage tanks, and process equipment while minimising production downtime.

The TIME2132 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge measures steel thickness from 1.2 mm to 225.0 mm using a standard transducer and from 5.0 mm to 80.0 mm when using the supplied high-temperature probe. Furthermore, automatic zero-point calibration and two-point calibration minimise system errors while improving measurement accuracy across different thickness ranges. Gain adjustment and adjustable sound velocity settings provide additional flexibility when inspecting a wide range of metallic materials under demanding operating conditions.

Designed for High-Temperature Industrial Inspection

The large backlit LCD with adjustable contrast provides excellent readability in both indoor and outdoor environments. In addition, the instrument offers current thickness and minimum thickness display modes, allowing operators to quickly identify areas affected by corrosion, erosion, or wear during routine maintenance inspections.

The TIME2132 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge stores up to 500 thickness measurements together with five custom sound velocity settings for efficient inspection management. Moreover, programmable upper and lower thickness limits with audible alarms simplify PASS/FAIL inspections, while approximately 100 hours of battery life and automatic power-off provide dependable performance during extended field inspections. Its durable design makes the TIME2132 an ideal solution for high-temperature corrosion monitoring, preventive maintenance, and industrial asset integrity programs.
