The TIME2130 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a professional ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for accurate, non-destructive thickness measurement of metallic materials from a single accessible surface. Featuring an extended measuring range, selectable measurement resolution, and advanced data management functions, the TIME2130 is an ideal solution for manufacturing, corrosion monitoring, maintenance, fabrication, pressure vessel inspection, and quality control. Using advanced ultrasonic measurement technology, the instrument delivers reliable wall thickness measurements for pipes, storage tanks, boilers, structural steel, and fabricated components without damaging the test piece.

The TIME2130 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge measures material thickness from 0.75 mm to 300.00 mm (depending on the transducer) and offers selectable display resolutions of 0.01 mm or 0.1 mm to suit both precision measurement and general inspection applications. Furthermore, automatic zero-point calibration and two-point calibration minimise system errors while improving measurement accuracy across different thickness ranges. Gain adjustment and adjustable sound velocity settings provide additional flexibility when testing a wide variety of metallic materials.

Designed for Industrial Inspection

The large backlit LCD with adjustable contrast provides excellent readability in both indoor and outdoor environments. In addition, the instrument offers two display modes, allowing operators to view either the current thickness or the minimum recorded thickness, making it particularly useful for corrosion surveys and preventive maintenance inspections.

The TIME2130 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge stores up to 500 thickness measurements together with five custom sound velocity settings for efficient inspection management. Moreover, the integrated RS232 interface allows measurement data to be transferred to a computer or printed directly using optional PC software and compatible printers. Programmable upper and lower thickness limits with audible alarms simplify PASS/FAIL inspections, while automatic power-off and approximately 100 hours of battery life ensure dependable performance during extended field inspections.
